Knowledge Base HTML Content Editor (v3)

Load any knowledge-base HTML file, edit all content sections (Wizard, Procedures, Templates, Triage, Resources, About), preview live, then download the updated HTML. Edits the underlying JS data blocks (e.g., const WIZARD, const RESOURCES, const CATEGORIES) so changes persist. Reply Templates are fully dynamic — titles and bodies are auto-discovered from the loaded file.

Header + page intro
Edits the <header> title and intro paragraph at the top of the knowledge base page.
Wizard (Step-by-step) — edit WIZARD nodes
Choose a Wizard node (e.g., start, newlic_steps_paid) and edit its text. Options and next buttons support label + next.
Keys are case-sensitive. Avoid spaces. Use underscores. After creation, link to it using Label || nextNodeKey. You can also delete a node (with dependency clean-up) using Delete node.
Options (buttons) — one per line as: Label || nextNodeKey
The nextNodeKey must match an existing node key in WIZARD.
Output box (optional) — headings + bullet/steps lists
Next buttons (optional) — one per line as: Label || nextNodeKey
Linked Mural Steps (Quick Reference) — which quick-reference blocks appear under this node
One MURAL_STEPS key per line (for example newlic, transfer, access). These keys control what appears in the “Mural steps (quick reference)” card under the current Wizard node in the knowledge base preview.
Leave blank if this wizard node should not show any quick-reference block. Keys must exist in MURAL_STEPS.
Renames the selected node key and updates all references in Options and Next buttons. This applies immediately to the preview.
Mural Steps (Quick Reference) — edit step-by-step entries
Edits the MURAL_STEPS object — the contextual quick-reference steps shown alongside wizard nodes. Select an entry to edit its title, steps (one per line), and SOP reference. Add new entries or delete existing ones.
Short lowercase key, no spaces. Used internally to link wizard nodes to this entry.
Procedures Library — edit details blocks
Edits the bullet lists shown in Procedures Library. One item per line.
Reply Templates (copy-ready) — edit titles & bodies
Auto-discovers all templateBox() blocks from the loaded file. Edit titles and body text freely. Use Add template to create new ones, Delete to remove, and the ↑ ↓ arrows to reorder. Changes are applied to the preview and download when you click Apply changes.
Triage Categories + Filing Folders
Edits const CATEGORIES and const MAILBOX_FOLDERS. One entry per line.
Resource Links
Edits const RESOURCES. One link per line as: Label || URL
About / Safety rails
Edits const FACTS and the “When to escalate” list.
